Very simple. One softgel provides 2000 IU (250% DV) of vitamin D3. Non-GMO, in an olive oil and bovine gelatin based softgel capsule (fairly small). 120 softgels per bottle. Reputable maker.
These are decent supplements though they aren't vegan in case you were wondering. The gel cap is easy to swallow but contains bovine gelatin which makes me think of cow bones. There is also lanolin but the source is not named. Overall, this is a relatively inexpensive way to help correct a Vitamin D deficiency which is common in a majority of people, especially in the northeastern US.
This bottle contains 120 softgels and each softgel contains 2000 IU of vitamin D3 in extra-virgin olive oil. The softgels are small in size and so are pretty easy to swallow. If you choose to chew the softgel, it does not taste bad. The softgel capsule is made of bovine gelatin, glycerin, and water. They are self certified as non-GMO, and I appreciate any product that is non-GMO.
My daughter needed a vitamin D3 supplement in 2000iu and these were perfect for her to try out. They seem to be just as good of quality as any I buy at the drugstore or supermarket. They come packaged with a safety seal around the neck of the bottle and for the quantity and quality for price its a good deal.
I need to take a Vitamin D supplement per my doctor's orders, so I was happy to receive this. These capsules are easy to swallow, and you only need 1 per day. Overall, I am very pleased with these.
