Good for general health - energy boost

Of cause good diet is the best byt now and then I good supplement is a must. I take B supplements for when energy down or generally stressed. I think (subjectively) that it works - get some energy boost.

1000 mcg B-12, will dissolve easily under the tongue

If you are familiar with B-12, you will understand my points here. This is a meaningful 1000 mcg dose in a very good tasting cherry flavored lozenge which will easily dissolve under the tongue (making it much more effective that being swallowed). The 1000 mcg translates to 41,867% DV, but don't let that mislead. B-12 is not stored, and most of it when taken orally is passed through (which is why therapeutic doses are administered by syringe). So summarizing . . . this is a good meaningful dosage, the only active ingredient is B-12, it will dissolve in the mouth to assist in absorption, and it's rather yummy tasting. Recommended.

These B12 pills taste very good. They seem to give a good amount of energy.

tastes great, good form of B12

I like Methyl B12 because it is more bioavailable, and B12 is hard to absorb. I also try to find lozenges that can dissolve so some can be absorbed under your tongue. These fit the bill and taste great as well!

A must have supplement for those who are plant based or vegan.......

I like these lozenges because they break up easily in the mouth and can be absorbed sublingually, as the Methylcobalamin form should, for direct access into the system. They taste good and dissolve easily.

As a plant based person, I take two every day to support my system. These are great and I will purchase them again.
